Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center in LaBelle, FL. You’ll evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders while coordinating care with our therapy team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
