Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide training and education to family/caregivers and professionals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in the SNF setting.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Screen residents who may benefit from therapy.
• Communicate patient status to patients, families, and care team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CE activities.
• Provide in-service training to team members as needed.
• Support department operations and meetings.
