PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathologists in St Helena, CA to elevate careers while improving access to transformative care for patients and communities.

As part of Adventist Health St. Helena, you will join an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting, conducting evaluations, treatments, and re-assessments to support discharge planning and ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate ofaCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PT Solutions Physical Therapy partners with Adventist Health St. Helena to provide quality occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology for patients with a vast range of medical diagnoses. Adventist Health St. Helena is a 127-bed inpatient, acute care hospital that holds Advanced Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement and Advanced Primary Stroke Center Certifications by The Joint Commission. As a clinician here, you will work with an interdisciplinary team and evaluate, treat, and reassess patients in all areas of the hospital. Adventist Health St. Helena is in Napa Valley, the Wine Country of California, located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements:

2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities As An Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist

Compensation

Pay Range: $75.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
