Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in a SNF setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

This role requires strong written, oral and interpersonal communication, and collaboration with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech-language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Developing treatment plans.
• Monitoring patients' progress.
