Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join North Woods Village, Autumn Ridge, and Hickory Creek at Peru. You will deliver skilled speech-language services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in accordance with professional standards.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, contribute to case management, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining strong relationships with residents and staff.

The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.
