Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing facility in Derry, NH. The role includes evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with staff and families.

The ideal candidate will have an active SLP license and possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Compensation is $55–$60/hour.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required.

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident needs.
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
