Job summary

Pleasantview Care Center in Parma, OH, is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to lead our speech therapy services in a skilled nursing setting.

You'll plan, organize, and direct therapy per ASHA guidelines, collaborating with residents, families, and care teams to ensure high-quality care. Requirements include a Master's in Speech Pathology, Ohio licensure, and CCC from ASHA. Flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed SLP in good standing in Ohio.
• CCC from ASHA certifying the clinician.
• Direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and ASHA guidelines.
• Document progress and communicate with families and care teams.
• Provide staff training to support therapy goals.
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and regulations.
