Job summary

AdventHealth in Dade City, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for a PRN schedule to provide comprehensive nursing care. You will follow infection prevention precautions, develop and implement individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requires Florida RN license, ADN or ASN, BLS, and 2+ years of experience; NRP preferred, Cerner experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical nurse experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; NRP preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Follows infection prevention precautions and medication safety.
• Performs patient assessments and implements care plans.
• Communicates with patients and families to ensure understanding.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Maintains accurate nursing documentation in Cerner.
