Job summary

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Kingsland is seeking a motivated PRN RN PACU to join our team in a fast-paced ASC environment committed to high-quality patient care for patients and families.

Under the direct supervision of the Pre-Op/PACU manager, the PACU nurse will implement physician orders, monitor patient condition, and ensure safety, comfort, and privacy at all times, while assisting physicians in procedure rooms as needed, including conscious sedation and sterile technique.

• Assist in the operating room and PACU with tasks as directed by physicians and supervisor.
• Provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from anesthesia/sedation.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient and family for discharge readiness.
