Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Magnet‑level team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, coordinate care plans, and support patients and families with education and empathy.

Flexibility to float across three wings and work PRN shifts is required. Ideal candidates hold RN licensure and BLS; external applicants should have at least two years of related experience, with internal staff possibly considered post-orientation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• External candidates: two years of recent related nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
