Qualifications

Degree in Nursing or License Certificate.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse or LPN.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff
Educate patients and families to provide education and support
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Document patients' progress and outcomes in electronic medical records
Stay up-to-date with nursing research and best practices
Participate in professional development to maintain and improve skills
