The ideal candidate has an RN license in NC (eNLC may apply), an Associate degree or BSN, and BLS certification, with at least one year of hospital experience. Per diem schedules offer flexibility and opportunity to grow.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in North Carolina (NCBON) required, eNLC may apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions and evaluate patient responses.
