Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• RN licensure in good standing; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Two years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants; internal applicants may be considered with approval.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Circulate and scrub in the Operating Room.
• Train in the OB Emergency Department.
• Cross-train to post-partum.

Requirements

Education:
