Job summary

• RN experience of 2+ years in nursing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must be a registered nurse.
• BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care based on our nursing model.
• Assess patients, plan personalized care, evaluate responses.
• Delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines.
• Develop nursing care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health issues.
