Chapters Health System in Georgia is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to assess patient and family needs, coordinate the Plan of Care with the Interdisciplinary Group, and provide palliative and supportive care in the Hospice House.
The RN will document care, use SBAR for communications, and support physicians and staff. A current RN license in Georgia, BLS certification, and 1 year nursing experience (hospice or hospital preferred) are required.

The Per Diem RN is responsible for assessing and identifying patient/family needs, utilizing the nursing process, coordinating the Plan of Care with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), and providing palliative and supportive care to the patient/family unit.

Compensation Pay Rate: $45.00
