MUSC Health in Florence, SC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support perioperative services.

This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and eligibility for the State Retirement Program. Requirements include an Associate's Degree, active RN license in SC or compact state, BLS certification, and at least one year of pre/post-op RN experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, and at least 1 year RN experience in pre/post op.
• RN licensure in South Carolina or compact state.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Provide patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment with patient privacy and professional behavior.
