Position Summary

The Inpatient Registered Nurse ("RN") provides basic care to patients, performing all job functions in an ethical manner and ensuring patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. This role interacts with and contributes to the professional development and image of all unit staff practicing in a Shared Governance model of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

You will work on a multidisciplinary team and advocate for your patients. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients who have a 51‑day average length of stay. You will work in various roles including ICU, med/surg, or outpatient clinics, and you may have a set or flexible schedule. On‑site education and in‑service opportunities are available to help you meet re‑licensure needs while expanding your professional knowledge and skills.
