Job summary

Quantum Healthcare Group in Lehigh Acres, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and supervise CNAs, delivering high-quality patient care and compassionate service.

We welcome both new and experienced RNs. This PRN role offers 12-hour shifts across day, evening, night, and weekend hours, with weekend incentives and opportunities for continuing education in a warm, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
• CPR and IV certification required.
• Experience or willingness to work in long-term care settings welcome.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy.
• Direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs and maintain supervision where needed.
• Keep all resident records up-to-date and accurate.
• Demonstrate leadership and contribute to a warm, supportive care environment.

RN Responsibilities

Using your excellent leadership skills, you also direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families brings you a great deal of satisfaction!

RN Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing license
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
• Valid CPR & IV Certification
• Accepting new and seasoned RNs
