SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN Day or Night shifts (6:45-7:15). The role requires a valid state RN license, at least one year of RN experience, and BLS at hire.

Compensation starts at $44 per PRN shift with shift differentials of $7 for nights and $3 for weekends. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered with no repayment required. Walk-in interviews are available on select Thursdays at the Lake Saint Louis location.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
