PHP Staging Mobile Taleo is seeking an RN for Inpatient Dialysis on a PRN basis at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. The role supports 6A–6:30P shifts with a minimum of 24 hours per month, focusing on patient advocacy, safety, and high-quality nursing care.

Qualified candidates have an Ohio RN license, CPR, BSN or progress toward it, and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience; dialysis experience is preferred. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this dynamic unit.

INPATIENT DIALYSIS

PRN/SUPPORT / 6A – 6:30P / MIN. 24 HOURS PER MONTH

The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader and sentry. The RN collaborates with and guides care delivered by the inter‑professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire. ** RNs with min. 2 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU which must be obtained with 3 years of hire.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Valid Ohio RN license

Current CPR certification required at the time of hire.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital based RN experience Required. Previous Dialysis experience preferred.
