Lifepoint Health, a nationwide provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health. Based in Texas, you will support clinical, operational, and administrative excellence within the department.
You will assess patients, supervise shifts, delegate tasks, monitor changes in condition, and ensure safe medication administration while upholding empathy and dignity in every patient interaction.
This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
License: Current RN license as required by state regulations.
Certifications: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
