Avir Health Group in Tyler, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities on the assigned unit, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality care.

New grads and walk-ins are welcome. 12-hour shifts with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Benefits include 401k with match, PTO, family health insurance, and strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities
