Job summary

Centurion is recruiting a per-diem (PRN) Registered Nurse for Tipton Correctional Center in Missouri. The RN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet medical, mental health, and social needs.

Candidates must hold a Missouri RN license, CPR and BLS certifications, and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• Must be actively CPR and BLS certified.
• Associate degree required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under the DON and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
