Job summary

El Centro Family Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to serve the needs of Northern New Mexico communities. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care and collaborating with clinic teams to support quality patient outcomes across Taos and surrounding sites.

The ideal candidate holds NM RN or LPN licensure with CPR certification and at least one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license; accredited program completion.
• Current NM RN and LPN licensure.
• Minimum of one year experience in healthcare, preferably clinical.
• CPR certification.
• Hep B vaccine or waiver, background check, valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services for patients within the scope of the NM Nurse Practice Act.
• Ensure delivery of quality patient care within the Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

El Centro Family Health is seeking a PRN (as needed, no guarantee of hours) Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse, dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

An ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to outlying clinics as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and fluent skills of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications, internet explorer usage, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Professional Nurse provides skilled nursing services for patients of El Centro Family Health, within the limitations and guidelines of the New South Mexico State Nurse Practice Act.

The Registered Nurse assures successful delivery of quality patient care for patients of El Centro family Health within limitations and guidelines of the New South Mexico State Nurse Practice Act.

EDUCATION:

RN and LPN-Completion of an accredited course of study in registered nursing or licensed practical nursing.

LICENSURE:

Current New Mexico RN and LPN Licensure.

EXPERIENCE:

RN and LPN- Minimum of one-year experience working in the health care field preferably in a clinical setting.

CERTIFICATION:

RN and LPN-Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

TST Screening, Hep B Vaccine or Waiver, Background Check, Current Driver's License and Proof of Automobile insurance.
