Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a PRN clinician to provide high-quality, as-needed patient care within a faith-based healthcare environment. The role involves working variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support unit staffing and ensure safe, evidence-based care.

You will assess patients, administer medications, and document activities in the EHR while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support unit staffing needs by working variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care through assessments and medication administration.
• Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Uphold infection prevention and safety standards to maintain a safe care environment.
