Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on an as-needed PRN basis within a mission-driven, faith-based healthcare network. Support hospital units during peak census, staff shortages, or special needs by performing patient assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR. Uphold patient safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. Educate patients and families and contribute to a compassionate, values-driven environment that reflects integrity, service, and continual learning.
