Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to support our healthcare & food service team at Pittsburgh, PA. You will identify and assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions to improve status, and enhance quality of life aligned with patient goals. This position will typically be scheduled 8-16 hours per week.

You will work with the health care team, follow dietetics standards, and help develop, review, and revise quality improvement programs across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition completed (or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field required
• Passed a national exam by the CDR or eligible per Academy guidelines
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to care teams and educate patients/residents, staff, and consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement dining and nutrition procedures.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs and monitor outcomes.
