Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine Intrastaff in Washington, DC, seeks a Radiology Technologist for PRN shifts. You will operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment across main department, ER, and OR, perform diagnostic exams, and ensure accurate data entry in EMR and PACS.

Requires AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, CPR preferred, and EPIC experience; 6 months radiology experience. Johns Hopkins Health System is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

  • AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology required.
  • ARRT certification current/active required.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
  • 6 months of Diagnostic radiology experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment in the main department, ER, and OR for diagnostic exams.
  • Moves portable radiographic equipment as needed and ensures patient safety and comfort.
  • Verifies patient identification and enters data accurately in EMR/PACS.
  • Maintains emergency equipment and medications per department policy.
  • Ensures completeness of imaging data and correct PACS placement.
