Job summary

Premise Health in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to provide imaging services for employee patients and dependents in our in-house Health Center. You will operate imaging equipment, ensure safety protocols, and maintain accurate records while supporting patient comfort and clear communication.

This position offers flexible, as-needed hours (8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday) and opportunities to contribute to quality care, with competitive pay and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology.
  • License/registration as a radiologic technologist (state) required.
  • Registered by ARRT.
  • CPR (BLS) certification with hands-on skills evaluation.
  • Two years of clinical radiologic technologist experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, or ED settings.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, with quality control checks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
  • Perform diagnostic and surveillance X-rays per provider orders.
  • Review provider orders and patient information for accuracy.
  • Position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images.
  • Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
