Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of radiology
• 1+ years' experience as a Radiology Technologist
• ARRT Certification required
• BLS required

Responsibilities

• Assemble necessary supplies and positioning aids for scheduling procedures according to physician's preference card
• Test and monitor equipment for proper working condition
• Document records and other forms, ensuring adherence to policies/procedures
• Ensure all persons in the room are shielded before activating x-ray
• Communicate information about patient status to other staff
• Perform maintenance of instruments, supplies, and equipment per cleaning, storage and calibration procedures
