Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a PRN Radiology Tech for AM/Mid shifts. You will perform imaging studies, explain procedures to patients, ensure comfort, document data in EMR/PACS, and follow ALARA and safety protocols.

The requirements include a 2-year Radiography Program, IEMA, CPR, ARRT certification (or boards eligible); bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This part-time PRN role offers no benefits and pays $32–$45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Performs all medical imaging studies including routine, orthopedic, & portable exams.
• Provides clear explanations of procedures to patients and families; addresses concerns and ensures comfort.
• Screens female patients of childbearing age for pregnancy in accordance with hospital policy.
• Transports and assists patients safely, including those with limited mobility, using appropriate transfer techniques.
• Adheres to ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols for patients, self, and staff.
• Accurately documents patient information, clinical history, and technical factors in the EMR and PACS

Schedule:

• Every other Saturday AM or MID shift
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (i.e. PTO coverage) if/as available
