Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics in Nashville is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to support our orthopedic and sports medicine team without night, weekend, or holiday shifts. You''ll work with physicians and clinicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and an exceptional patient experience.

In this role, you will perform patient positioning, ensure safety, process images, and coordinate with PACS/EMR while maintaining radiation safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Accredited Radiology program completed.
• ARRT license required.
• Full-scope X-ray Operator license from State of Tennessee required.
• Experience taking and transmitting radiographic images.
• Experience with EMR and PACS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to radiology area.
• Review and verify x-ray orders in the EMR before examinations.
• Position patients for imaging with comfort, safety, and accuracy.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic x-rays using radiation safety protocols.
• Process, transfer, and transmit images per established protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe radiology environment and report maintenance needs.
