Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist for the 02190 WFBMG University Group Practice: Greensboro Northline – Immediate Care location. The role involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under radiologist supervision, ensuring patient identification, preparing contrast media, and maintaining accurate records.

Eligibility includes ARRT-recognized radiologic technology training and registry completion within one year of hire; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an institution accredited by ARRT in Radiologic Technology.
• Must be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS required

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as directed.
• Documents patient history pertaining to the procedure on requisition.
• Verifies patient identity before imaging.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and physicians as needed.
• Selects and operates imaging equipment and demonstrates proper positioning.
• Maintains departmental records as required.
