Job summary

Community Hospital is seeking a PRN Radiographer to join the Imaging Services team in Oklahoma City. The role requires ARRT certification, a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program, and flexibility to work holidays and rotating call.

Clinical competencies include Surgery and CT, with a strong emphasis on patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, preparing films, ensuring safety, and assisting the radiologist during procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Graduate of JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• One year competency in Surgery and/or CT preferred.
• BLS healthcare certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures independently, interpret orders, prepare films for interpretation.
• Demonstrate competence in C-arm and/or CT imaging.
• Work in Surgery, ER, ICU and other units using portable equipment.
• Process requisitions, file reports, and manage patient charges.
• Coordinate patient transport and ensure radiation safety.
