Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered care at our Longwood, FL location. The role supports licensed therapists, implements treatment plans, and documents patient progress in collaboration with the supervising PT.

The ideal candidate will hold an PTA degree, possess a current state license, and be comfortable educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in PTA and current state license.
• Experience in clinical settings is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized PTA treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
