Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Naples facility. This on-site role offers a flexible schedule to support work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will be licensed in Florida as a PTA (or eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus, and a competitive pay rate is offered for PRN team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
