Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join The Reserve at Spring Hill, TN. The PTA will implement the plan of care under the supervision of the registered PT and physician, delivering quality rehabilitation services within a state-of-the-art facility.

The role requires an Associate degree in PTA, active TN licensure, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position supports a collaborative therapy team and adheres to policy and program

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active state PTA license and eligibility for licensure in TN.
• Certification and licensure requirements per state and national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs.
• Completion of required screenings and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care as established by the supervising PT and physician.
