Job summary

Nikao Performance and Rehab in North Phoenix, AZ is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for mobile home visits across North Phoenix, Anthem and Desert Hills. You will see patients in their homes with visits booked every 40 minutes, delivering one-on-one care.

Candidates must be licensed PTA in Arizona with at least 2,000 hours of patient care and at least one year of outpatient orthopedics. Dry needling certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Arizona PTA license required; outpatient ortho exp 1 year preferred.
• Minimum 2,000 hours of patient care experience.
• Dry needling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mobile home visits with visits booked every 40 minutes.
• Offer meaningful clinical autonomy within a supportive team.
• Support for the specialty area of the hire is available.
