Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
