Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Provide PRN coverage at a single Clarksville location or across multiple clinics in Clarksville, TN.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
