Qualifications

• Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice.
• Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN Physical Therapy services with the rehab therapy team in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
• Work in a skilled nursing home setting.
• Collaborate with other caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans.
