Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a licensed psychiatrist to support patient care across multiple RBH locations in Wisconsin. The role involves attending patients, conducting psychiatric evaluations, creating treatment plans and participating in team-based care in both live and virtual settings.

Moonlighting or PRN coverage options provide flexible weekend or part-time engagement. Leadership roles include supervision of residents and fellows and participation in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wisconsin as a physician (MD or DO) with psychiatry specialization.
• Board-eligible; board certification preferred.
• Graduate of accredited medical school with completing GME residency/fellowship as applicable.
• Two years or more experience in a psychiatric hospital or clinic.
• Be registered with Medicare as a community provider, or able to be registered.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients at assigned sites, provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Create patient treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants; oversee residents and fellows.
• Participate in team meetings, charting and documentation within defined timeframes.
