Merakey in Russellton, PA is seeking a Psychiatric Technician I - PRN to join an extraordinary team dedicated to the welfare of adult residents in a residential program. The role supports treatment plan goals and direct care responsibilities, with opportunities for growth within Merakey’s programs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months' paid or volunteer mental health experience, a valid driver's license, and OMHSAS clearances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months paid or volunteer experience in a related mental health field required.
• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness and recovery principles required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• All OMHSAS clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of adult residents in the Residential Program.
• Participates in carrying out residents' treatment plan goals and assisting with planning.
• Provides support with direct care responsibilities and growth opportunities within Merakey programs.
