Position Overview
We are seeking a Primary Therapist (PRN) who will schedule on IOP hours Monday–Thursday 10‑8, and PHP hours Monday‑Friday 8:30‑4. The therapist will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy: individual, group and family therapy.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for patients on the caseload, including biopsychosocial, self‑harm, and suicide assessments.
- Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and approvals from the treatment team.
- Document treatment agreements, support plans, and behavior plans as needed.
- Update clinical paperwork: treatment plans, progress notes for individual, family, and group therapy, wellness and aftercare plans, and discharge summaries.
- Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in counseling or related field.
- State licensure (associate or intern phase) or equivalent to practice individual therapy.
- Experience with individual and family therapy preferred.
- Full clinical mental health license (for Level II). / 2+ years of individual/family caseload with documented success (Level II). / 3+ years post‑licensure experience with mood, anxiety, ED, or trauma disorders, supervisory experience, and complex case success (Level III).

Pay Range (Colorado)
$30.58 – $50.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and market expectations.
