Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts RN license with BLS/ACLS, 2+ years PICU experience, and AAHA certification; PALS preferred. Position offers 12-hour shifts, W2 status, and pay of $60–$62/hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association certification.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
