Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience and ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
