Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Boston, MA to provide high-acuity pediatric care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The position offers self scheduling with 12-hour shifts (day or night) and a W2 employment arrangement.

Ideal candidates have Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred), and at least 2 years of PICU experience, with the ability to pass background screening. Pay is $60.00-$62.00/hour with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• American Heart Association certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
