Ideal candidates are clinically confident and adapted to fast-paced, high-acuity environments. The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with a minimum of two years in PICU.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
