Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is based in a pediatric intensive care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Pay rate is $60.00-$62.00 per hour with PRN / as scheduled hours, W2 employment, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• American Heart Association certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS; PALS strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
