Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and treatments as part of a clinician team.
• Ensure an exceptional and reassuring experience with patients and team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information securely.
